The Diamondback Hydraulic Sleeve offers dual uses by providing line-of-sight operator protection from hydraulic hose failure and abrasion resistance. It protects hydraulic hoses from sun and heat damage, pin holes, and leaks. Often used in construction applications, our hydraulic hose protective sleeve is made from a proprietary engineered fiber woven tightly and heat-treated, which shrinks the sleeve to the finished dimension. Our Diamondback hydraulic hose sleeve meets the EU Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC as well as the NSW "Guideline for Fluid Power System Safety at Mines."

Made with high quality materials, the Diamondback tubular sleeve is UV and heat resistant, and is made to protect hoses from abrasion created by ongoing use. Strong, tightly woven proprietary fibers hold the hose sleeve together. The material was created with flexibility in mind so it can absorb the shock if a hose were to leak. This means there is no chance for a hose burst or pinhole leak to break through the cover.
The Diamondback sleeve features a line-of-sight for increased operator safety, offers thorough protection, and is an economical option on the market.
