The Moisture Minder® Pneumatic Drain Valve is a robust pneumatic drain valves that provides energy-saving solutions.

With no reliance on electricity, this drain is ideal for remote or portable applications and can be safely operated in hazardous environments. The Moisture Minder® Pneumatic Drain Valve, a demand-operated drain, takes care of the draining process for you, eliminating the need for guesswork in setting the cycle time of a timed drain valve. As the condensate levels fluctuate, the drain automatically adjusts to drain as required, ensuring that no valuable compressed air is wasted. Requires a pneumatic pilot signal for operation. Installation Instructions

Pilot Signal Received

Condensation enters left side, or water inlet of valve.

Pilot Signal from Unloader

Piston shifts, closing off drain port. As piston moves, it will open up the stainless ball check allowing condensate to be forced into pressurized discharge reservoir.

Valve at Rest

When pilot signal is relieved, piston returns to relaxed position. The ball check closes preventing zero pressure loss in the system. The drain port opens and the stored condensate is ejected.

The Moisture Minder Pneumatic Drain Valve requires an intermittent pilot signal to operate. Use a nearby pneumatic signal in your application or purchase our Drain Minder Controller.
